My warrior uses a 15k ascalon helm with his dragon set, i thinks it works quite well. I see where ur comming from not getting the 15k dragons helm, they made the eye holes 2 small x_x

i like the look of the dragons and the as well as the ascalon helm, but i think i might buy dragon boots
